What happens to your information
Your typed story, transcript, private note, map edits, and plan remain in memory in your browser tab. Our app code does not put them in cookies or browser storage. Closing or refreshing the tab clears that in-memory session. Your device, browser, and extensions may handle information separately.
The first map is created locally. If you explicitly choose optional AI insights after reviewing themes, the site sends only the selected category labels to a Cloudflare Worker. If you then request an AI plan, it also sends your selected priority, pressure, available time, support, and planning horizon. These choices can reveal sensitive matters, including health, emotional wellbeing, substance use, housing, and safety. The map and plan endpoints reject extra fields and do not send your typed story or private note to the generative map and plan model. The separate audio transcription flow is described below. Do not include identifying details in your choices or note.
If you separately opt in to microphone transcription and press the microphone, the site records up to one minute of audio and sends that recording to our Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare Workers AI for transcription. The Worker returns text to your browser. The transcript itself is not sent to optional map AI. Only category labels you separately review and choose to send are used for map AI. We do not save the audio or transcript in an application database. If you use device dictation instead, your device provider may process audio under its own terms.
Purpose, legal basis, and choice
We use your explicit choice to analyze your story in the browser, including sensitive details you choose to enter. A separate opt-in permits Cloudflare audio transcription. Another separate opt-in permits AI map insights from reviewed category labels. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on consent for these optional activities, including explicit consent for health-related or other special-category data; we rely on our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site for necessary technical request data. You can stop a recording, turn off future map AI requests, or close or refresh the tab to clear the local session. Withdrawal does not undo requests already processed. AI content may be inaccurate.
Hosting and technical data
StaticHost serves the site and Cloudflare serves the API and AI model. As with ordinary web requests, these providers may process IP address, browser and network metadata, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Neitsch L.L.C. does not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts in this site. Provider logs and any provider cookies are governed by their own practices. See StaticHost's privacy information and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The Worker does not write recordings, transcripts, stories, or selected categories to an application database. Session content remains in browser memory until the tab is closed or refreshed. Cloudflare and StaticHost may retain request metadata and security logs under their own retention schedules; we do not control deletion through the map interface. Contact us about information we control, and consult provider notices for their retention practices.
Locations, automated suggestions, and rights
Cloudflare operates globally; processing may occur outside your country. The map, connection suggestions, and plan are automated suggestions for your review; they do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Email us to make a request. We will explain what information we hold and what we can act on. Closing or refreshing the tab clears the app's local session.
Adults only and changes
This service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not use it if you are under 18. We may update this notice when the service or provider practices change; the date above shows the current version.
