Who may use it

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. By continuing past the consent screen, you confirm you are an adult and agree to these terms.

What it provides

ContributingFactors offers general reflection and planning ideas for entertainment. Its category matching, map connections, and optional AI output are suggestions that may be incomplete or wrong. They are not a diagnosis, risk assessment, or medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Using the service does not create a professional relationship. Check important decisions with a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Emergencies and sensitive information

Do not use this service for emergencies. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or face immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service now. Avoid entering names, addresses, contact details, or other identifying information. Review the transcript and any suggested themes before using them.

Your choices

The initial map is created in your browser after you explicitly agree to that analysis. Recording your voice is optional and requires a separate choice; the recording is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for transcription. AI map insights are another optional choice after theme review. You can turn off future map AI requests during the current session. Closing or refreshing the tab clears the in-memory map. Read the Privacy Notice for more detail.
